Volga is the name of a river located in the Russian
territory including some parts of the Eastern Europe today. This river is
important for the establishment of the early Russian kingdoms for domestic
supply and the course for communication system. For example, the early Bulghar
Kingdom was founded on the Lower Volga region but due to forces from Khazar
Kingdom, the leader established new Bulghar Kingdom on the Upper region of
Volga River.
